Admission requirements for the LNA program are:
  • Applicants must be 16 years or older.
  • Must successfully complete an entrance exam and application.
  • Demonstrate reading, comprehension, writing and communication skills in English. A minimum score of 70% must be obtained on prescreening exam.
  • All applicants must be free from any felony conviction. The Board of Nursing will not issue licenses to those that do not meet this requirement.
  • Foreign applicants must provide Immigration/Naturalization card or other legal form of documentation allowing eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Students are required to provide a negative TB reading/or negative chest x-ray within the past year.
  • Students are required to wear uniforms to all classes. Our policy is all white, white sneakers are considered appropriate attire. In addition, you are required to have a watch with a second hand.
